Glenn Testen | Dominik Mattiol

Glenn Testen has come a long way in his quest to overcome discrimination against age.  Born in 1970 in the rugged streets of a suburb of Cleveland, Glenn has endured countless suppressive attempts to derail his success.  Although most of these attempts have succeeded, Glenn has never been one to cease his efforts.  By beginning his education in 1988 and through determination and persistence, Glenn Testen has become the oldest person to ever serve as a Resident Advisor in all of history.  To the eyes of this young generation, Glenn has been a Resident Advisor basically since the dawn of time.  Receiving the honor in 2001 Glenn has been a Resident advisor for over ten years, all the more reason to marvel in his success as a college student.  Glenn has surely set a precedent in handling sticky situations as a Resident Advisor for his colleagues on campuses throughout the world.  He will soon receive his first Bachelor’s Degree in Communications after roughly 24 years studying*.  We as residents of SSP should extend the utmost respect to the man holding the longest tenure as a college student.  Within the next 5 weeks please make an effort to congratulate our mentor and friend, Glenn Testen.

*Glenn Testen hasn’t really been going to college for 24 years.
